Mishcon de Reya has used Glass Consultancy as the Firm's lead head-hunters for the past few years. Originally appointed to help the Firm implement its then three year strategic plan, Glass Consultancy has gone on to play a significant role in the growth of the Firm as a whole.

Jonathan and Adam's ability to directly address both the Firm's business and cultural needs has resulted in ten new partner hires. Glass Consultancy comprehensively researches all candidates and seeks out those individuals whose practices would grow within the entrepreneurial culture of the Firm.
