I have known Jonathan for many years through the recruitment work done by Glass Consultancy for my former firm. It was therefore only natural that when I decided to move firms that I sought Jonathan's assistance.

Jonathan has a down to earth no nonsense can do attitude; he is never afraid to tell it how it is even if one doesn't like what he says! His style is relaxed, slightly self deprecating but thoroughly focused and businesslike when necessary.
