... The use of a search and selection organisation, although increasing at the Bar, was a new departure for us. Jonathan and Clare steered us politely and efficiently through the exercise; took time to try to understand us and our requirements; remained flexible throughout; and adapted with little apparent difficulty to the particular ways we do things in Chambers. They produced for us a report and short-list which identified a broad range of candidates within our specification, from which to make our choice.
