COLT had recently refined and strengthened its senior management team, and in response to this, needed to expand and strengthen the legal team. We were instructed to find a talented senior lawyer who had previous experience within the telecoms sector.

The role holder would be providing legal advice to the COLT UK business, supporting the sales process and assessing commercial risks and benefits to the business. As part of the business team, the ideal person would have the ability to build and manage relationships at all levels.

We advised creating an advertising campaign which would attract the best candidates to apply. After careful selection, a shortlist was presented to the client, resulting in three clear front runners.

The role was offered to a candidate that had exceptional previous experience in the telecoms industry and has proven to be an excellent fit into the legal team at COLT.
