The firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group had a number of strategic imperatives for recruiting at senior assistant/partner level, not least of which was to add to the list of "star" fee earners and to increase their market share of property plc and development work.
Having researched the leading real estate firms, approaches began and a number of targets agreed to meet our client. Although, we had only been retained to find one individual, the quality of two targets stood out from the crowd: a junior partner from a mid sized law firm and a senior associate from a Magic Circle firm.
