Glass Consultancy is UK's "Best Executive Search firm" 2005

In 2005, Glass Consultancy was named as the UK’s ‘Best Executive Search Firm’ in the Recruiter Awards for Excellence, which recognises excellence in recruitment practice. The award was open to all headhunting businesses, not just those companies servicing the legal market.

The judges praised Glass Consultancy’s strategy of forging close working relationships with its clients via annual retainer agreements and its success in making its clients more profitable. They stated that it was a clear winner in its category, and “had set a benchmarking standard for the future”.

Having won a “commendation” in the same category in 2003, winning the award in 2005 was made that much sweeter.
