Our client, a US firm praised consistently in the legal publications, is now focused on growth and is making strong progress in its plans to double its London office in size over a three to five year period. A key focus is to significantly grow its Corporate team.

We are searching for an intelligent, ambitious and commercially-savvy Corporate partner from either a US or UK firm to join our client’s London office. This partner will have worked on mid-market (and up) M&A deals and, possibly AIM matters. Also, the ideal candidate will be a partner who has worked for pharmaceutical, life sciences and technology clients and have a great rapport with them. If this candidate has worked on deals in India and/or Israel, all the better!

This exciting opportunity offers a high level of responsibility from the onset, with the successful candidate needing to be able to manage their own matters, as well as provide supervision to the team when necessary.
