Having developed a reputation for being able to provide both banks and borrowers with an unrivalled international finance capability, the London team is searching for an experienced acquisition finance lawyer.

The individual will need to have experience of high value, multi jurisdictional acquisition finance transactions, with a proven track record for being able to cultivate and develop client relationships with both banks and corporate borrowers. Technical excellence as well as a commercial, determined and ambitious attitude will be the key attributes of the successful individual.
