Hela Boussif

….has an LLB (Hons) in Law and Politics from Cardiff University and is an academically qualified Barrister (non-practising). Following qualification, Hela worked for the Independent Jamaican Council for Human Rights, undertaking mainly civil actions against the Jamaican police force. After returning to the UK ,she worked for Hickman & Rose Solicitors, assisting on a high-profile criminal matter. Hela has recently joined Glass Consultancy's research team.

Anthony Cole

... has recently completed a degree in Law and Criminology. He joined Glass Consultancy in July 2007 to take control of many of the company’s administrative needs and to further develop our database. He will work closely with both the private practice and the in-house consultants and the researchers.

Laila Caruso

...has a BA (Hons) in Law and History and an LL.M from the University Of London. In 2003 she spent four months in India working with the British Council and the School Of Oriental and African Studies on an international human rights law project. She then taught for a year at the School of Oriental and African Studies as a tutor for the 1st year LL.B students. Laila joined Glass Consultancy in 2005 as a researcher.

Jonathan Glass 

...is one of the most experienced headhunters in the legal market. For over 13 years, he has specialised in headhunting teams, partners and associates for a number of leading firms, including the development of the London offices of US law firms. Jonathan has experience of searching for lawyers from both private practice and in-house for key industry roles.

Adam Houghton

... has been active in the legal recruitment market since 1999, assisting both law firms and individuals to achieve their strategic goals. Over recent years, Adam has focused almost entirely on search and has completed assignments in many disciplines (notably Tax and Insurance), for a variety of firms. He was one of the founding members of the City team for Quantica Legal before leaving to lead the legal division of Hanover Search & Selection. Adam joined Glass Consultancy in 2007.

Gina Latner

… has an LLB (Hons) from Leeds University and is a UK and US (New York) qualified lawyer, specialising in media and intellectual property work, both contentious and non-contentious. Gina was a solicitor in Finers Stephens Innocent’s Media Group for six years and joined Glass Consultancy in 2007 to focus on the development and delivery of Glass Consultancy’s high quality research product.

Jonathan Lewis

…spent five years at MRI Partners where he focused on senior associate and partner level searches for a range of US and UK law firms. He has particular knowledge of the banking and finance sector but has also covered insurance, corporate and private equity assignments. Jonathan joined Glass Consultancy in 2007.

Michelle Hallworth

...has many years’ experience of the London legal search market, having specialised since arriving in the UK over ten years ago. She has acted for both private practice clients (UK and US) and corporates on a significant number of partner and team moves, as well as Counsel and General Counsel roles in a range of sectors. Michelle has a BA in French and Italian.

Julia Martin

...…..initially graduated as a pharmacist and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in Sydney, Australia, where she worked in the IP/IT/Telco sector. She has worked with global organisations such as Baker & McKenzie and Reed Elsevier/Lexis Nexis in roles that  have included Legal, Human Resources, Recruitment, Strategy and Organisational development. Julia has an international outlook, having worked in London, Australia, Hong Kong/PRC, Japan and the United States and has set up and established three international offices during her career. Most recently, Julia was responsible for managing the International operations of a US multinational.

Glass Vantage

Sonya Boxer

...gained her LLB from Bristol University.   She trained at Norton Rose, was admitted as a solicitor in 2001 and practiced employment law before moving into legal recruitment in 2002. She has since worked for some of the leading firms in the market, advising a portfolio of over 30 top UK and US law firms, as well as individual partners and senior associates, on their key strategic needs. She has wide ranging experience of assisting senior lawyers and partners on the steps involved in moving firms.  Sonya joined Glass Consultancy to launch and lead Glass Vantage.

Stuart Robinson

... has been assisting partners and other senior lawyers with regard to the London and international private practice markets for over ten years. He is working with Sonya Boxer to develop Glass Vantage and its unique offering to the legal sector. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor with Wedlake Bell in the mid 1990s, Stuart lived and worked in Poland.
